FAQ
What is digital transformation?
Digital transformation is one of the most important trends in modern business. It consists in introducing changes in the organization that integrate business processes with digital technologies. This leads to increased efficiency of individual departments and the organization as a whole. On one hand, these are technological changes e.g. implementing tools for teamwork of project management. On the other hand, it is a modification of the entire business model and requires the implementation of changes at the various levels of the organization.
Digital transformation may include:
- business models of the company
- operational processes (HR, Administration)
- customer services
As well as other processes in the company (depending on the needs).
Thanks to this, it is possible to manage processes more efficiently and – consequently – accelerate the development of the organization.
How to prepare application documentation for developers?
Correctly preparing such documentation is as important as the application itself. This is due not only to the need to translate the client’s business needs into the operation of the application, but also to indicate to programmers precise requirements for its creation. The purposes of individual applications can vary significantly, but there are some general guidelines for ensuring that the documentation serves the purpose for which it was written.
- What must be included in the documentation?
– What the application will be used for.
– The method of its installation and possible dependencies and connections with other applications.
– The mode of operation of individual components and modules.
– Description of the technologies used. - Description of individual components with examples of application.
- Table of contents.
It may seem obvious, but the table of contents is one of the most important elements of documentation.
dokumentacji. As mentioned earlier, the application can have different goals and the documentation – various length. In the case of longer documents, the table of contents allows the reader to quickly move to the specific section.
What are the advantages of having a Project Management Office?
PMO is one of the elements of the project management model of any organization that implements changes in the company in a structured way. PMO can perform various functions, from monitoring the course of project works, to the active participation in acquiring new projects. The form of PMO is also flexible. The role of PMO may be performed by one or several people or (often in the case of large organizations) may constitute a separate organizational unit in the company. However, regardless of the form of operation of the PMO, the goal of this unit is to supervise the course of the project and manage its risk at every stage.
What to pay attention to when creating an IT strategy?
- Goals
The IT strategy must reflect the company’s business strategy, defining how the IT department (or individual IT units) supports the achievement of strategic goals and the model of communication with other cells in the company. This is an important goal of the IT strategy, because in addition to components such as the budget for the IT department, cost of maintenance or external suppliers, the strategy must take into account the role of IT in achieving the goals of the entire company.
- Consider internal client’s needs
The IT strategy (just like any other IT project) should be based on the knowledge of its recipients’ needs. Therefore, it is necessary to define how the IT department is to cooperate with other departments in the company.
- Strategy and plan
The best IT strategy is still only a strategy if there is no plan to it. It is worth pointing out that the strategy itself should be outlined in a several-years and annual perspective, while the plan should be created with a maximum annual perspective. The plan should take into account the way of communication with other departments in the company, their expectations towards the IT department or the provider of these services, as well as the goals that they aim to achieve.
What processes can be automated with RPA tools?
Thanks to the use of RPA tools, it is possible to automate the following processes:
- with a high degree of repeatability
- time-consuming and labor-intensive
- undemanding human decisions
- based on fixed, easy-to-define rules
- stable, with little variability over time
Most often, these are accounting, debt collection and administrative processes, but it is also possible to automate many other areas that are characterized by a high degree of repeatability.
RPA tools are especially useful for organizations where extensive IT systems already exists (for example ERP or financial and accounting systems), but their integration is costly and time-consuming.
How can robots be used in finance and taxes?

- reporting of financial and tax data
- accounting processes
- invoicing
- customer service, debt collection
- creating and supplementing databased
- compliance and risk management
