The Administrator of your personal data is Ernest Frankowski IT9, located at Kazachska 1/48, 02-999, Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”. The Administrator processes personal data of the Website Users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR and in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”).

  1. Information regarding the processing of your personal data by the Administrator

The Administrator processes Users’ personal data in the following manner:

  1. User’s submission via contact form and newsletter subscription

To proceed with the User’s registration on the website, the Administrator will process your personal data provided by you in the contact form and in the newsletter subscription. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is art. 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

  1. Direct marketing of own products and services

To inform about new products and services, the Administrator will process your personal data. The legal basis for data processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest, consisting in direct marketing of the Administrator’s products and services in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR.

In order to inform you about new products, the Administrator will process your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The legal basis for data processing is the consent obtained by the Administrator in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of GDPR). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  1. Analytical and statistical purposes

In order to determine the quality of the services provided, the Administrator will process your data. The legal basis for data processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest in obtaining relevant information in order to improve the quality of services provided by the Administrator in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR.

  1. Compliance with legal obligations

In order to fulfill the obligations imposed on the Administrator by law, the Administrator will process the data provided at registration. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator and legal obligations that rest on on the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c), (b), (f) of GDPR.

In order to establish, defense against claims, the Administrator will process the data you have provided. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest in the possibility of establishing and pursuing claims or defense against such claims in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR.

The Administrator stores your data for a period not longer than it is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing unless it is legally required or permitted to store data for a longer period of time.

You can exercise any rights arising from this Privacy Policy by contacting the Administrator in the manner laid forth in point I. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by the Administrator for the Administrator’s marketing purposes. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Administrator will cease to process your data. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by the Administrator. In the event of an objection to the processing of personal data, the Administrator will cease to process them, unless there are important, justified grounds for the Administrator that override the interests, right and freedoms of the data subject and the aforementioned data will be necessary for the Administrator for possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, as indicated in point IV of the Policy.

You have the right to access your personal data, correct it and request its removal, transfer, and the right to request restriction of data processing. If you believe that your personal data is processed contrary to the legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

When providing content on the website, the Administrator uses cookies, i.e. files constituting IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the website user’s end device and are intended for using the website.
